The Swedish winter has a lot, a whole lot to offer. Even around Bjurholm, a true winter enthusiast can enjoy to the fullest!
Skipiste Agnäsbacken - Bjurholm
Just 5 km from our accommodation, you will find the Agnäsbacken ski area with 7 km of slopes. The ski area is located 11 km from the village center of Bjurholm. There are several slopes, including a children's slope. You can rent ski equipment there (such as slalom skis and snowboards). There is also a cross-country skiing track with distances of 1.5 km, 2.5 km, and 5 km.
There is a restaurant that also organizes après-ski. During the season, the restaurant is open from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Älgens Hus - Bjurholm (Balsjö)
The only elk farm in Europe, with tame elks, has more to offer than just meeting "the King of the Forest." Among other things, the following winter activities are available on request and as desired:
- Snowmobile rental and snowmobile tours with experienced guides
